When construction permits are obtained from Pima County, Pinal County or the Town of Marana, the respective Development Services Departments will review plans and issue building permits. Builders will be instructed by them to, "Check with you local fire district to inquire about other requirements that they may have." Please contact Chief Brian Delfs at 520-682-3255 to inquire whether you will be required to submit plans for the district review. Please check your property tax statement to ensure that you are contacting the correct fire district. Other fire districts may have different rquirements.
